Neuspeed Anti Roll Bars
If your goal is to squeeze the highest level of performance out of your car, Neuspeed
ARB's are race-engineered to work in perfect harmony with all other suspension
components, stock or aftermarket. With Neuspeed , you get the ultimate in handling,
safety and appearance. Neuspeed ARB's are mandrel bent (which eliminates
the gouges at the bends) using only aerospace quality steel that does not require heat
treating– a process which can distort the bar and leave a rough finish. The ends are
machined (in most applications where possible) to use precision ball-joints for precise
control and alignment. Polyurethane bushings and custom formed brackets utilizing
grade eight or better hardware make mounting very easy. Both front and rear ARB's
feature a highly engineered bolt-on system of light-weight design that directly relates to
improved performance. After being thoroughly inspected by Neuspeed’s in-house QA
people, a liquid-look, gloss black powder-coat finish is applied. These are the same ARB's used by winning drivers in SCCA, NASA, IMSA and SOLO racing. When you

Neuspeed P-Flo Induction Kit
You get increased throttle response, better fuel economy and more power when you install the P-FLO™. Others try to emulate the work of Neuspeed, but no one can match the unique combination of performance, quality and durability you will find with the P-FLO™. Each application is custom made for a precise fit. Custom brackets are gloss black powder coated. The Octavia 1.8T kit features a special brushed stainless steel enclosure to reflect heat and compliment your engine compartment. By eliminating the restrictive factory air box and going direct to the MAF (mass air flow) meter, a greater efficiency is achieved to produce upto 5-8 horsepower, depending on the application. The P-Flo™ comes with a high-performance K&N air filter. You also get a deep, throaty engine sound. Parts vary according to model.

Neuspeed Turbo Intake Pipe
Designed as a direct replacement for your factory steel pipe that leads air into the turbocharger. Neuspeed's high flow design flows almost 70% more aire than the factory inlet pipe. When combined with a free-flow exhaust system, the Neuspeed inlet pipe can add up to 5hp to your engine. NEUSPEED's inlet pipe is an O.E. quality aluminum casting that retains all the stock mounting provisions -- not a crude cut-an-weld piece.

Neuspeed Power Pulley Kit
Your car's power steering pump is powered by a belt connected back to the crankshaft pulley. Spinning these two pulleys draws precious horsepower from your engine. By manufacturing the NEUSPEED pulleys out of 6061-T6 aluminum to reduce weight, and resizing the diameters to slow the drive speed of the power steering pump, performace increase can be acheived. Made of 6061 T-6 billet aluminum, hard anodized in black, the original equipment serpentine belt may be re-used.

Neuspeed Thermostat + Switch
A 180 degree F thermostat (standard is 195F) is a must to additionally bring down engine temperature. This is the perfect part to with our low temperature fan switch, all designed to prolong engine life and smooth operation on hot days.

Neuspeed Engine Torque Damper Bush
Under hard acceleration, your entire engine and transmission actually rotates due to compliance in the factory bushings. While the soft factory bushings do a good job of dampening engine vibration, they can also create a rubbery, vague response in the vehicle's powertrain.
NEUSPEED offers a set of two polyurethane bushings to go into your car's lower engine torque arm. The torque arm connects the front subframe to the bottom of the car's transmission. With the NEUSPEED bushings installed, you car's throttle response will feel better and your shifts will feel more crisp and defined, especially on manual transmission cars.
Please note that polyurethane is not as compliant as rubber. As a result, you may notice a slight increase in ride harshess and engine vibration after installation

Designed to compliment the NEUSPEED 2.0T P-Flo Kits, this engine cover is manufactured using 100% carbon fiber to be lightweight and for great looks. Specially machined billet aluminum stand-offs and a stainless strap simply attach to the factory pick-up points for an easy installation - no double-sided adhesive installations here!

Neuspeed 2.0T Turbo Discharge Conversion Kit
Hi-Flow Turbo Discharge Conversion Kit. The kit consists of three components. The first component is a new CNC machined billet aluminum turbo discharge adapter that flows much better than its OE counterpart. It eliminates an OE chamber design with a smooth bore design. A silicone hose is provided to mate the new discharge adapter with a NEUSPEED modified OE discharge pipe. Silicone, unlike rubber will not expand under boost pressure. To eliminate the biggest restriction, NEUSPEED modified the OE discharge pipe for maximum, full diameter flow. The OE discharge pipe starts off at 38mm i.d. and flares to 57mm i.d. NEUSPEED cuts the OE pipe at its maximum inside diameter of 57mm and rolls a lip to make securing the silicone hose easy and trouble free.
Installation is a simple, bolt-on affair with no modifications to the vehicle whatsoever.

Neuspeed 2.0T Hi-Flow Intercooler Pipe Coversion
NEUSPEED's new Hi-Flo Intercooler Pipe Conversion replaces the OE smashed and kinked plastic pipe located between the factory intercooler and throttle body.
Full diameter all the way through and without any unnecessary bends, the Hi-Flo Intercooler Pipe is a must for any "chipped"or highly modified 2.0T engine. The Intercooler Pipe delivers much better air flow for greater efficiency.
Along with NEUSPEED's Hi-Flo Turbo Discharge Conversion Kit, this part removes the last restriction on the discharge side of the turbo charger plumbing.

Neuspeed Short-Shift Kits
The Neuspeed short shift kit easily installs onto the transmission's selector shaft. The Neuspeed short shift kit reduces the throw length between gears upto 40% - this is the absolute maximum reduction possible without overextending the cable mechanism.
The Neuspeed short shift kit incorporates a calibrated counterweight which is required for more positive shift action. Lookout for kits without the counterweight, as they will produce very notchy gear selection.
This is a completely bolt-on application - no cable adjustment required
