We have been in the Hospitality and Construction business since the early sixties and our avid interest in Automobiles led us to start “Pete's Automotive Products Pvt Limited” in January 2005.
Our hotel “THE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL” a Govt Classified 3 Star property was started in 1962. We are one of the Pioneers in the Hotel Industry in Kerala. Housing 60 spacious Rooms with central air-conditioning we have been upgrading our facilities in a phased manner and today have all world standard facilities.
Our construction firm “CEE PEE TEK” is the continuation of our construction house that emerged in the late 50’s. We have been involved in various projects since 1958 and our experience of more than 4 decades along with our highly motivated workers and staff has been our major strength, helping us to complete all our works on a very strict time schedule. We have to our credit the construction of five of the ten major Power Houses of the Kerala State Electricity Board. Later we ventured into specialized Tunnel Construction and have completed few of the major works for the KSEB and the Kerala State Irrigation Department.
Our Confectionery Division J.J.CONFECTIONERY PVT LTD was established in 1990. We are currently the largest manufacturer of sweets in Kerala with an average production of 4000 Quintals per month and a built in capacity to manufacture 5500 Quintals per month with minor modifications. Currently we are sub contractors to Parry’s Confectionery Ltd, Chennai now called Lotte India (P) Ltd and cater to around 25% of their total requirement. Given our excess capacity, we are looking to expand our customer base and increase throughput.
“Pete's Automotive Products Pvt Limited” was started in January, 2005 to fill a gap in the Indian Automotive Industry. The Indian market did not have any good tuning products and we took this opportunity to combine forces with Europe's leading tuning box manufacturer PSI-Motorsport, Belgium to bring to the Indian customer a mature, safe and advanced diesel-tuning product.
The Belgium-based PSI-MOTORSPORT have their own racing team and pursues developments in the engine and exhaust system sectors. Its own technicians use the company's state-of-the-art engine and emission test stands and immense know-how in the field of engine technology in the development of professional additional control units for diesel vehicles. Later we tied up with TPM, UK to bring to India yet another fantastic product, the Pete’s Aircheckers. Priced very competitively these small easy to read tyre pressure monitors visually indicate whether the tyre pressure is correct and warns the driver of under-inflation. We are the sole Authorised distributors for TPM and are in the process of setting up sub-distributors all over the country. We have recently been appointed the distributors for Pakistan, Srilanka, Bangladesh, Burma, UAE and Nepal
We also have tied up with CUSTOM-CODE, UK as their sole agent to offer remapping services in India. We already have 6 sub dealers under us in different parts of the country. Custom code is Europe’s best Performance outfit and we presently offer remapping services for all VAG cars and within the next few months will also be able to remap BMW, Mercedes and Porsche cars. We have been selected as the distributor for OMP products in India and we will have our first stock in the coming months. This should give us another leap into the midst of Motorsports in India. We already have one of the best tuners in India like Mr. Leelakrishnan and Mr. Kamlesh Patil as our agents for our products.
We also are the authorized distributors of Milltek Sport Exhaust systems-UK, Carbonio Cold Air Intake systems-US, Forge Motorsport Performance Parts- UK, Quaife-UK, SPEC Clutches-US, TAROX- Italy, Green Cotton Filters- France, Powerflex-UK, SPEC clutches-USA, Muth Co-USA and the India franchise of AWESOME GTI and JBS Auto designs- UK dealing with all performance parts for Automobiles including major suspension upgrades from Eibach, H&R and Bilstein, etc.
